My motivation
My goal is for you to unleash your potential. Come to us when you think, “There must be more possible!” From my own experience, I know that confronting the “previously impossible” is the first step to finding a solution. With humor, a sharp mind and a wide range of methods, I accompany you on this sometimes painful path.

Public appearance and speaker training
We all have experience with presentations or public speaking, and often have wondered in hindsight whether it went ok, whether the audience really understood what we were trying to convey, or whether that little mistake got noticed. In the aftermath, these thoughts begin to circle, and can lead to an endless vicious circle between reason (frontal cortex) and the old brain parts, which are responsible for the emotions. Through practicing specific techniques, coaching enables us to interrupt such endless loops, re-allowing a functional approach to the situation. As a result, we become more relaxed while preparing, and more confident during, performance situations.

Coaching Emotions
Life is kind to us. It repeatedly exposes us to precisely those stimuli that tend to make us overreact. This happens again and again until we have confronted the very issues they are out to show us. More often than not, these stimuli–or triggers–are thoughts we unconsciously harbour toward a person or a situation, or our own needs that have been hurt or disregarded in the past. Through coaching, we get to the bottom of these thoughts and needs; frequently, the act of recognition instantly relieves emotional pressures. The trigger has lost its ability to trigger.

Motivational Coaching
Often we want to achieve a goal, but we doubt ourselves, or simply cannot get ourselves to study up on the units as planned for an exam. Doubts and our weaker self emerge from our subconscious. Something in the subconscious mind does not want to reach the goal, or is pointing out that the goal may perhaps only be reached at a very high (too high) price. Through putting head, heart, and mind to work together, coaching brings to light the aspects of unconscious refusal. This enables us to sift through, evaluate, change, and, ultimately, in conjunction with subconscious behavioral control, to reach our goal or possibly reject it for good.

- You are about to take an exam and are afraid, the expected performance is beyond your abilities
- You have not reached a set goal and are asking yourself why
- You have set yourself a goal and want to define attainable steps to get you there

Increase self-acceptance- Change of perspective
Sometimes it feels good just to complain, and for this, too, there is a place in coaching sessions. But in the end, only a change of experience can lead out of dissatisfaction. Self-acceptance is a reciprocal ability: If I experience appreciation from the person opposite or myself with respect to my qualities or deeds (such as, for example, during a coaching session), confidence grows in the subconscious that what was appreciated once, may be appreciated a second time. The “miracle” (Steve de Shazer) has happened. On the basis of such a small experience, more can be developed.
